Shipping & Processing

All pieces are handmade by the artist in her studio. Because each piece is made with care and intention, please allow 2–4 weeks (depending on the item) for fabrication, processing, and handling before shipment.

Ready-to-ship items will be processed within up to 3 business days, in addition to shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Methods

• United States: Flat-rate shipping of $9

• International: Flat-rate shipping of $15, plus $1 per additional item shipped in the same package

Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking included by default. Alternative carriers or expedited shipping options may be available upon request—please contact us prior to placing your order.

Insurance & Responsibility

Packages with a value under $1,000 are not insured by default. Insurance may be added at the customer’s request for an additional fee; please contact us before checkout if you would like to add coverage.

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Emi Grannis is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If a package is missing, customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier and, if applicable, through their renter’s or homeowner’s insurance.

International Orders & Customs

For international orders, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are determined by your country of residence and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
